	Enrolling in paperless billing does not release Tenant from any obligations that arise under the terms of the Lease. Regardless of the establishment of an automatic payment system, it remains Tenant’s obligation to ensure that rent is delivered to Landlord on time. In the event a scheduled automatic payment is not delivered to Landlord by the time set forth in the Lease, Tenant will be responsible for the penalties set forth in the Lease
